1980s: Our group makes its first steps into the Home Textiles and Fashion Apparel Industries after the reform and open-up policy in China.
1990s: We expand our business to provide retail distribution and brand management. By 1999, we manage a portfolio of several brands. Our sales and distribution network expands to 1,000 stores. We are a leader in the Fashion Retail Sector.
2000s:. Our investments in expanded brand management and product development continue to increase. Our network expands to 5,000 stores in PRC. In 2008 we acquire the Pierre Cardin brand in mainland China.
2010: We become Playboy’s strategic branding, distribution and manufacturing partner in PRC. Our group is the Brand’s largest strategic branding partner in the world. We form a strategic alliance with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and launch the Jeep Xtreme Performance brand in China.
Today: We optimize our brand portfolio and market position through additional long term partnerships with leading international brands such as Roberta di Camerino.
